As the Project Controller Head, my role encompasses overseeing expense management, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring financial discipline at every project stage. I am responsible for project P&L, contract management, and negotiating agreements with OEMs, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and cost-effectiveness. By implementing best practices in procurement, budgeting, and approvals, we strive to maintain operational excellence and maximize value.
