As the Finance Head, I oversee a dynamic team responsible for managing accounts, maintaining financial records, implementing SAP, and optimizing fund flow. My role also includes securing banking and financing approvals, evaluating credit limits, and ensuring compliance through internal audits. By leveraging sound financial strategies, we strive to strengthen the company’s financial health, enhance operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth.
